The estimated construction cost is $1 million. Roseville has received approximately $487,000 in Highway Safety Improvement Program Grant Funds. Other funding sources are local Transportation Development Act funding and Highway Users Tax fees.

Work is underway and will continue through spring 2026.

During the planning phase, a community open house was held at the Civic Center, 5 - 6:30 p.m. on June 29, 2022. Attendees came to learn about the planned improvements, ask questions, and talk with the project team.
