Roseville Parks, Recreation & Libraries (PRL) has once again been recognized among the nation’s best, earning a spot as a finalist for the prestigious National Gold Medal Award for the fifth consecutive year.

Presented annually, the National Gold Medal Award is one of the highest honors in the parks and recreation profession, recognizing agencies that demonstrate excellence in community engagement, innovation and service.

Roseville is one of only four agencies in the nation selected as finalists in its population category. The recognition reflects PRL’s commitment to delivering exceptional programs, services and facilities that enrich residents' lives, as well as the dedication of the PRL team and the continued support of the community.

The National Gold Medal Award winners will be announced Sept. 30 at the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) Annual Conference in Philadelphia.
