New bikeway to improve connection between West Park High School and surrounding neighborhoods

Construction crews will begin work near Pistachio Park on Wednesday, July 29, marking the first stage of the Westpark Drive and Phillip Road Bikeway Project.
The project will connect West Park High School with surrounding neighborhoods and improve bicycle access in the area.
Additional project improvements include:
• A buffered two-way bicycle path adjacent to Westpark Drive
• Shared lane markings along Phillip Road
• A new paved trail between Westpark Drive and West Park High School
These improvements continue to advance the City of Roseville’s Active Transportation Plan.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of September.
Construction hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Timelines are approximate and subject to change.
